Overview

Recruitment Continuous Improvement Lead/ Recruitment Project Manager Milton Keynes - up to £70K - 6, 9 or 12 month FTC available. Our client has experienced a huge amount of growth and change over the last 12 months and will experience a lot more in the next 12 months. Their headcount is set to double and as such their recruitment team has also seen exponential growth. As the business reacts to this and keeps agile, swift decisions have had to be made to ensure they are heading in the right direction. This has now created an opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join the organisation and, taking a step back, analyse and evaluate all their current recruitment processes, practices and polices to ensure the team are doing the right things at the right time. They want to ensure they are being as efficient as possible whilst also keeping the candidate and hiring manager experience at the heart of what they do. Recent changes have included the implementation of an RPO so there is plenty to take stock of and consider. To support in this you'll also be at the forefront of a project to analyse their current ATS with a view to sourcing a new system to support the organisations changing needs. This will involve conducting a full needs analysis on what there really need to get from a system and provider and sourcing the right solution. Once sourced, implementation and embedding of this system will be another activity you'll drive along with all the associated new processes and training of recruitment staff and managers on it's use. Our client foresees the need for this role long term so there is every chance of this position extending or even becoming permanent. To be successful in this role you'll have experience of recruitment process embedding as well as ATS project implementation. This could be from an in-house or potentially RPO environment.
