HOUSING OFFICER ISLEWORTH MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM 6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT (POSSIBILITY OF BEING EXTENDED) £17-£22 HOURLY RATE IMMEDIATE START HOUSING OFFICER'S PURPOSE: Generic Housing Officer role, required to manage a designated patch and casework related to rent arrears recovery, tenancy management and anti-social behaviour cases. The role will also require for estate monitoring and estate inspections. The successful applicant will be responsible for their own patch of residents, working with them personally, visiting them in their homes and building lasting relationships as their main point of contact. HOUSING OFFICER'S MAIN DUTIES: Managing tenant rent accounts Managing Anti-Social Behaviour Carrying out Estate Inspections and arranging communal repairs Managing tenancy issues and supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies THE IDEAL HOUSING OFFICER WILL HAVE: A strong housing background Experience of Housing management, Housing Arrears management, or ASB management or similar. Will be comfortable dealing with residents on a range of complex issues as well as providing a first-class housing management service.
