The purpose of the role is to support the effective running of the general support team Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst 1st/2nd Line support Dealing with requests passed on by the service desk Dealing with third part suppliers and passing on faults where necessary Background of the Service Desk Analyst 1ST/ 2ND Line Support In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010 Good knowledge of Windows 10, Office 2016 including O365 Highly proficient at supporting and installing standard Microsoft applications, Word, Excel Is this job for you?
