Overview
Freightserve are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a well established Freight Forwarder based in the Thorpe area. Duties:- Posting and passing invoices Purchase Ledger Payment queries Reconciling supplier statements Dealing with all customers and suppliers Working closely with Accounts Manager Processing the invoices and credit note into the in-house system Chasing credit note to the suppliers for incorrect invoices Updating system for paid suppliers for month end Creating new suppliers details on in-house system As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
