Accounts Assistant Job - Media - ASAP Start London Immediate Start We are currently working with a fantastic studio/production company that is looking for an Accounts Assistant with an AP focus to start immediately for a 12M month contract with the potential to go permanent. You will be responsible for supporting the Finance team in relation to invoicing, expenses, bank and petty cash and processing documents. Responsibilities Processing Purchase Invoices Daily Reconciling Petty Cash and Cafe Receipt accounts Assisting with supplier and freelancer payruns Completing daily bank reconciliations Resolving Customer billing queries Reconciling supplier statements Reconciling and processing company credit card transactions Assisting with the posting of sales invoices in busy periods Completing ad hoc reports as required Experience A minimum of 1 years of accountancy experience Experience of working in a KPI driven environment Experience of working in a volume/yield business Experience of working in a creative, fast growing business Working knowledge of Xero or similar
