Looking for a new, varied and challenging customer service role? We're recruiting for a Customer Service Executive, working for a global supplier, based at their Banbury site. The Role The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing an efficient and proactive service with regards to inbound client queries and orders The role will require a motivated and energetic person, adept at speaking with customers and working within a fast-paced role, with a keen eye for detail Key Responsibilities Speaking with internal & external customers - responding via phone and e-mail - providing excellent customer service Process incoming orders and queries - such as invoice queries, complaints and solving any order issues Generate and calculate quotations Setting up new accounts Support outside sales team with quotes, stock availability Liaising with 3rd party couriers Update all information on company in-house system Review order book, to ensure timely shipment / delivery Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience within a Customer Service or sales role Excellent rapport-building, listening and customer care skills Flexible and adaptable approach to work Experience working with in-house systems Good Microsoft Office skills Excellent problem solving Organisational skills Ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, free parking and social events throughout the year Sound like the role for you?
