As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for: Delivering excellent Customer Service via email and phone Handling customer queries and complaints Scheduling Engineers diaries Recording calls and administering activity Liasing with and supporting the Sales team Highlighting trends and reporting Providing after sales care for customers Adhoc admin duties Skills / Requirements: Strong Customer Service experience Drive, motivation and ambition Proven record of working to and achieving targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Solid relationship building skills with both customers and colleagues Working hours 09:30 - 17:30, free on-site parking, training structure and bonus scheme.
