SOC Manager
Overview
Via Resource are working closely with a fast growing MSSP hiring for a SOC Program Manager to join and contribute heavily to the strategy and development of their current SOC. Location: London, occasional travel to Berkshire and Paris Key Responsibilities: Proactively making recommendations for future strategy and/or service innovation. Implementing change within the team to ensure it can take on new service offerings Inspire a high-performance culture within the team, bringing forward ideas on how they can collectively deliver a more effective MSSP service Responsible for overall success of the project Lead a team of senior security and project leads to drive overall success for the client Create and enhance internal processes and procedures From a management standpoint Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment to deliver SOC services Act as a leader to drive security monitoring and detection activity Assist Head of SOC in implementing and evolving the SOC strategy Key Requirements: Proven expertise in operationally running an MSSP Experience managing a global team desired Experience in information security service delivery Experience working within a Service Management environment Understanding of security threats, attack scenarios; analysis and intrusion detection skills Understanding of leading practices and trends in the information security domain For more information, please contact Julie Liu on 0203 3271996.
