Morgan McKinley are currently partnering with an international business based in Maidenhead in the search for a HR Manager to join a busy and vibrant HR function. This role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to add value to a developing culture. The main responsibilities for this HR Managers position are: To manage a small team and HR case work along with day to day operational duties which include. Ensuring excellent customer service to all employees. Employee absenteeism Recruitment Line manager support on employee performance Employee induction and onboarding HR reporting Process and efficiency improvements The successful applicant will be CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of employement law and ideally a degree. Previous experience in a busy fast paced enviroment, able to meet deadlines and manage heavy work loads. You must have previous team management and HR case work experience.
