Test Environment Engineer in Maidenhead at Three

Working closely with the Test and Integration teams, you will champion the environmental aspects of high quality, scalable and cost effective environment in support of business initiatives whilst maintaining high levels of customer experience and test network perception. Three is all about collaboration, by operating collaboratively with multiple Test and Design teams, you will be accountable for ensuring the delivery of an outstanding test network experience required by our brand. Whilst operating initially at a Technician level, you'll be able to develop and grow in this role with the outlook to becoming a Test Engineer within your chosen discipline to help shape our future success. Your approach will be customer focused and aligned to the commercial goals of the business. You'll also drive our values in your day to day decision making. Implementing process that manage the test environments. Taking care of the quality of the end user experience by managing the individual working test environment set ups. Acting as the point of contact for the business to provide the 1st level of support for any issues raised by internal and external customers against the test network environment. Act as a network Guardian by effectively managing all change within the Test Network Environment. Interfacing to leading a team of engineers and reporting to the Environment Manager. Provide a Stable Service by proactively monitoring the Test Network Alarm Panels and engaging the relevant parties to effect a swift resolution to any alarms raised. Help maintain a professional environment by providing 1st level maintenance to the Test Equipment you manage.
