Job Description

This role reports into our Head of Service Operations Delivery as part of a team of Senior Operations Delivery Managers. As the Senior Operations Delivery Manager, you'll lead a team of experienced Service Readiness Managers in the OSS, Transport and Infrastructure technology domains to ensure operational outcomes are achieved with partners in large scale operational managed service contracts (+10M). Accountable for the Operational relationship of partners underpinning the Services Three provides to its customers this role is a pivotal cog in a complex multi-vendor model cutting across various technology domains. You'll collaborate with other domain leads and other Operational functions to continually enhance the capabilities that ensure Three's service offerings are performing to the levels our customers need and expect. Qualifications: * Develop and maintain relationships with partners as business owner of operational aspects of all tender management processes for domain specific managed service agreements. * Build and develop a team of Service Readiness Managers that work collaboratively across the organisation providing a conduit for customer facing teams to ensure technology delivers required operational and business outcomes. * Accountable for ensuring operational requirements, assessments and compliance of operational services are delivered for your domains as part of major technology deliveries. * Identifies bottlenecks and inefficiency across operational services and drive improvements to remove waste continuously. * Escalation point for technology delivery programmes when operational outcomes have not been satisfied against required business outcome.
