Overview

Candidate Resourcer - Futures Public Sector/IT Based Horsforth, Leeds free parking, close to shops, cafes and train station. Supportive, happy environment We are looking for Resourcers to support our team of consultants with a range of activities to improve the service we provide to clients and candidates. Duties will include: Sourcing candidates for specific interim roles and projects Talent pooling and networking with candidates Management of a large candidate database Registration and compliance for candidates Lead generation for consultants Supporting sales activities through research Providing management information Your skills need to include: Resourcing experience ideally within the IT industry or Public Sector Industry Knowledge of NHS Frameworks/ Public Sector awareness Knowledge of the IT industry Organisation, administration and task prioritisation Highly IT literate (including Excel) Customer service Attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good work ethic If desired, there will be plenty of opportunity for career progression into a consultant role, but we are equally interested in people that enjoy the resourcing, research and administration side of recruitment.
