Candidate Resourcer Account Manager Talent Acquisition& Candidate Attraction Manager with some professional services recruitment experience Executive Search Headhunter Experience Required Recruitment A background in Professional Services Recruiter -Legal ,Accountancy ,IT recruitment and Commerical recruitment would be ideal however we are flexible with sector background . These opportunities would suit a Recruitment Consultant ,with the desire to move away from the business development side of the role.You will still enjoy working within a busy recruitment team but be less focussed on the client side and your own fee generation . You may also be an account manager who loves resourcing and being the first point of contact for the client but would like to move into a professional recruitment /niche market and specialise . As a candidate resourcer /account manager you will be responsible for candidate attraction and resourcing in a specialist market .You will have the support of an experienced high profile recruiters and you will all work together as a team .
