Overview
15ten15 are recruiting for a driven and ambitious Internal Candidate Adviser to join the team and play a key part of the businesses next phase of development. We are looking for someone with previous telesales experience and who is looking for the next step in their career. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR This role will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, managing our database and giving our candidates first class service. This is a very diverse role which is all based around interaction with candidates via many different platforms. Yes you will be speaking to people so you need to be confident and comfortable on the telephone. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will be an individual looking for a fast moving office environment that allows a vast amount of self management and motivation. You will come from some type of customer service background and be able to ignore anything you have ever been told about what working in recruitment is like. We are not that and we are looking for individuals who want to join a team that will change the way the sector works. A fair basic salary and from 2020 a company monthly bonus scheme. After 12 months the business will also support any extra (within reason) personal development training you wish to embark upon.
