Trainee Researcher NEW ROLE to join existing team. Leeds City Centre £18,000 - £20,000 the position offers a super candidate bonus and additional Incentives, supporting one of our Top Commercial Consultants in the business. A great new Candidate Researcher opportunity for you to join a fantastic commercial recruitment team in Leeds. This role is for someone looking for a new career opportunity and wants to be considered as an integral part of a great team based in Leeds City Centre. We are a successful and privately owned independent recruitment company established since 1986 with offices nationwide. As a valued part of our team in Leeds, we are looking for your commitment & focus to apply excellent coordination, administration and resource skills to help our Regional Permanents Consultant Lisa, resource the right candidate skills and experience for our clients. You will support Lisa in a fun and friendly office, in return for a great salary and with a super bonus incentive to aid you in your search for the best candidates. At the forefront of our business you will be researching and engaging with candidates to understand their needs, reviewing candidate applications, working closely with our Lisa, inviting candidates into branch to register and assist in securing them a new opportunity. A full training programme is offered enabling you to ask the right questions, manage your time and workload effectively to synchronise with clients needs and apply focus where we need it. Creating candidate attraction, you will also liaise with clients, confirm interviews, book appointments and diary manage Lisa's calendar (any PA exposure would be welcomed) this is a great position offering the right person a full understanding of our highly successful recruitment solution we offer our clients. We need someone with previous candidate experience and resource exposure, due to the demanding nature of the role.
