Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy Reading based team. Working with key clients you would be responsible for the planning, sourcing and booking of training programmes for their staff, ensuring that that receive the best possible service and achieve value for money. For this role we are looking for someone with a background in administration and a proven aptitude for planning/scheduling events/meetings/conferences etc… This is a rewarding and busy role and one that will give the successful person opportunities to develop new skills and play a pivotal role in the team. What you'll be doing: Assisting in determining learning needs and objectives for an organisation's various employees. Making recommendations for training options either from the current portfolio or by identifying further alternatives from other providers Developing course curricula, supporting materials and programs for learning initiatives. Ensuring the delivery of learning courses and programs through suitable methodologies, such as individual coaching and classroom training. Assisting in evaluating employees learning performance and related improvements. Managing key external stakeholders What we're looking for: Experience in an administrative position Ideally experience of planning/scheduling events/meetings/training etc… although this is not essential Excellent attention to detail The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders A collaborative and proactive approach to work Great communication skills both written and verbal About Knowledgepool Knowledgepool, part of Capita plc, is a leader in Learning and Development Transformation.
