Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading UK manufacturer based in the West Midlands to be their Materials Planner. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing the material stock planning, stock levels and the re-ordering process. This is an essential part of the team that ensures the flow of materials necessary for all manufacturing operations. You ensure that the company never runs out of necessary manufacturing materials. Responsibilities: Manage Production Flow Ensure Product Supply Maintain Inventory Track Material Shipments Communication with other departments YOU MUST HAVE Knowledge of shipping and receiving Experience of Stock Control / Levels of Stock Knowledge of manufacturing process Critical thinking Time Management Organisation Skills
