RETAIL BANK - CUSTOMER ADVISOR POSITIONS- INTAKES IN MAY IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS SHIFT WORK - 35 hours per week between 7.00am and 11.00pm, Monday - Sunday 5 days out of 7 £10.12 PER HOUR We are currently recruiting for a leading financial institution in Glasgow city centre. This prestigious organisation currently require Customer Service Advisors to join them on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months, with the option to extend on a rolling basis. As the banking industry is one of the few stable requirements in the current climate, we can gaurntee you continuous work through this difficult period. Job Role: " Support new and existing customers with their Card enquiries " Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customers are dealt with quickly and professionally " Provide fair outcomes and fulfil customers' needs at first touch or consulting with the right person or channel of choice as appropriate " Act in line with the Group Values and Behaviours and Codes of Responsibility " Take ownership of customer's enquiries, using appropriate skills, personal judgement and decision making in an efficient and effective manner " Adapt well to change and implementation, ensuring it is consistently evidenced through knowledge of products/ processes and actions/ behaviour " Comply within the Customer Treatment Standards, including internal policy guidelines and external regulatory guidelines to ensure a robust and consistent approach to make the right decisions and do the right thing for our customers This will be a temporary contract however it could lead to a longer term opportunity. You will work 35 hours per week on a shift pattern between 7am and 11pm, Monday - Sunday 5 days out of 7, so flexibility is vital. Unfortunately there are NO part time options. The first 5 weeks will be classroom based training and unfortunately no holidays can be granted within this period. In order to be successful you will have to pass an interview and then vetting checks. The vetting will consist of an extremely thorough credit check, criminality check and employment references.
