Overview
I am currently working a niche taxation role working for a Top 10 practice firm that will give you great scope and exposures to enhance your career. This client advisory role will provide insight on pre & post transactions on stressed and distressed business. You will be working with in a small specialist team but will be working cross functionally covering Corporate, International, Transfer Pricing, R&D as well as the Mergers & acquisitions teams. You will be involved pre deal analysis where you will be reviewing and providing insight to the Partners and buyers in regards to insolvency, re-structuring, & rescue planning. You will be working on high-level profiled cases within the Retail, FS and technology industries. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ATT qualified who enjoys challenging the status quo and has a real inquisitive outlook. This role will provide you a great platform work with different areas within the business where you will build a great internal network for future progression.
