Job Description Our restructuring & insolvency team is part of the firms global finance practice. The teams focus is both on large restructurings and formal insolvencies, often with an international aspect. The team works with a variety of clients such as banks, funds, large corporates, private equity sponsors and insolvency practitioners. The team enjoys a mixed practice, giving our lawyers the opportunity to work on both debtor side and creditor side restructuring roles in addition to advising on formal insolvency proceedings. Our lawyers can either work in very small or very large teams which will frequently include colleagues from other practice groups. We also work very closely with our colleagues overseas, in particular throughout our European network. Requirements * We are seeking lawyers who possess a specific interest in insolvency law who have a broad range of experience in restructuring work * Future associates should be keen to handle a range of insolvency & restructuring transactions and to do high quality work * Experience of working at a leading international law firm Responsibilities Your role as an associate will include: * Advising clients on legal and commercial issues *
