Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Deals Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary Our Advisory team has decades of experience advising stakeholders in situations of financial stress. The Bermuda team's specialist experience is naturally focused on the Financial Services industry, primarily insurance and reinsurance, but covers a wide range of other industries including real estate, manufacturing and hospitality and tourism. We provide advice and hands-on implementation of strategies to deliver financial and operational restructurings or, where necessary, put in place closure and exit strategies where they deliver the best value. We currently have a 12 month contract opportunity for a senior associate to join our team. While primarily focused on the insolvency portfolio, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to grow their Advisory skill set and there will be opportunities to become involved other other projects and initiatives. Responsibilities will include and are not limited to : * Supporting the leadership team in managing the corporate insolvency portfolio, driving case progression, and achieving statutory and regulatory compliance.
