The practice acts for a balance of debtor and creditor clients on a full range of contentious and non-contentious Restructuring & Insolvency mandates. The team counts private equity and hedge funds as clients, along with banks and IPs. The successful candidate will have a breadth of Restructuring & Insolvency experience from a leading international law firm, with stellar training and academics.
