Overview
HR Advisor - Birmingham £30,000 - £36,000 Permanent You will need to be able to work in Birmingham 5 days a week and have strong ER experience Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a Retail business based in Birmingham. We are seeking a HR Advisor to be based in their Birmingham office reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will work as part of the HR team and support the retail and head office population. You will be required to have strong employee relations experience for this role. As HR Advisor, you will provide a telephone based case management service for a designated region/business area incorporating end to end administration processes. You will be responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service to your key stakeholders. As a true generalist you will be able to coach line managers on the complete employee lifecycle to ensure that our people are managed in a fair and consistent way to ensure that we maximise productivity and performance across the network and Head Office.
