Overview
Do you have previous Insurance Claims Handling experience? Are you looking to work for a company which will help YOU achieve your career goals in a busy yet stress free environment? Working for a global leader in claims management services, you will be the newest member of the team based in Milton Keynes. To be considered for the role, you will be great at dealing with a large caseload of Liability Insurance Claims within a busy office. Ideally you will currently be working within a Liability team however experience in handling Personal Injury claims within a motor division will also be considered. Key responsibilities: Dealing with telephone queries, day to day within agreed service criteria Reviewing cases and workflow in a proactive manner and taking action to move claim forward, referring where necessary Dealing with and liaising with clients, third parties and third party representatives as appropriate Ensure work prioritised effectively Case ownership - to deal with a portfolio of Liability claims from beginning to end, referring upwards in accordance with licensing levels Awareness of and compliance with service criteria throughout work Ensure personal targets are met Responsible for own personal and professional development and advancement You're great at: Prioritising work load Establishing relationships and building trust with clients and policy holders Working on your own initiative Being a part of a team Accurately accept and process new instructions Case Ownership - dealing with claims cradle to grave Adhering to FCA regulations Bonus Points: 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays and a day off for your birthday Full funding for professional qualifications - CII, CILA, Dip CII Additional benefits such as Pension & Life Assurance Working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm 2020 is going to be an exciting year, with new clients and new opportunities globally, why not have a chat with our recruitment team to take your first steps to becoming our next Claims handler, and see where your career can take you
