Job Description MB Fitzgerald are currently representing one of the largest claim’s management and specialist field service firms in the UK. Our client is a claims handler to join their growing and vibrant property team based in the heart of Milton Keynes. Responsibilities The role will see you responsible for managing a portfolio of domestic property claims from cradle to grave and inline with company & client specifications. Reviewing cover, determining liability & validating or repudiating claims as appropriate, you will liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers and field advisers effectively via email, phone & post, whilst also pro-actively managing repair network contractors & issuing payments to claimants & contractors Skills and Experience A minimum of a years' property claims experience Organisation, accuracy and attention to detail Passion, energy and a strong customer service ethos Next Stage Please send us your application if you feel this opportunity is of interest and we will be in contact shortly.
