Fantastic Support Worker Opportunity - Weekly Pay - Flexible Shifts Your new company Hays Social Care are looking for experienced mental health support workers who are looking to become their own boss and work shifts that suit them. We are currently working with Mental health specialists that need cover and support at pressure points within the working week Your new role As a mental health support worker your job is to therapeutically enable service users to become the best versions of themselves whilst promoting independence and safeguarding. You will be supporting service users with a wide range of disabilities so ability to think on your feet is essential/. You will be following care plans and procedures of the home whilst ensuring you keep the environment safe and caring. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered to join the team, you MUST have worked in a similar setting for at least 6 months within the last 2 year period. You MUST have relevant experience so please do not apply unless you do. NVQ level 3 is preferred but not essential. You must be resilient, passionate, professional and have a fine eye for detail.
