Overview
Your new company A specialist residential company with a track record of success. Due to increased workload, they are looking for an Administrator to join their Estimating Team. Your new role You will be based in the Head Office in North London. Your responsibilities will include: Administrative duties such as scanning, filing and file checking Maintaining the estimating database Speaking with subcontractors to obtain prices/quotes Sending out tender packages Overtime, you will receive the skills and training required in order to become an Estimator What you need to succeed: Your experience within a construction/residential developer will drive your success You will be a dedicated and hardworking team player. The team you will be joining are a vibrant mix, who often have social events outside of work What you will get in return You will be offered a permanent contract with a salary of £27k to £31k The manager is looking to progress you into an Estimator during your career here, so there will be high levels of support and training provided to you The company holds a very successful order book - you will get the opportunity to put your stamp on a number of different exciting and unique projects What to do now Please click the apply button to send your CV.
