Compliance & Implementation Co-Ordinator Vacancy ID: 727 Location: Tingley Position: Customer Service Advertising End Date: 05 Apr 2020 Vacancy Type: Permanent About The Role: To ensure that all implementation, registration, training and compliance processes are carried out in accordance with NHS Professionals guidelines Understanding and working to regulatory framework and processes Improving knowledge and identifying risks to share with others and resolve appropriately Reporting any potential issues within processes or applications Working with and supporting a variety of stakeholders throughout NHSP Ensuring information held is safe, accurate relevant and complete Request, log, process and verify documentation Prepare files for audit and review by external organisations and registration bodies Maintain and ensure databases are kept accurate and current Provide customer service excellence through all channels of communication The successful candidate will have: Handle high volumes of telephone, email and face to face enquiries relating to the NHS Professionals Service for the Trust and Flexible Workers and other NHSP teams, responding to their queries in a timely manner Develop a good understanding of the organisation, its operations and deliverables and ensure compliance with NHS Professionals policies and procedures Be an advocate of the NHS Professionals service and act in such a way as to uphold and enhance good standards and the reputation of NHS Professionals service Maintain accurate documentation and records following discussions or incident reporting with clients or flexible workers escalating and raising matters with the Trust Liaison Coordinator and/or Client Relations Manager as appropriate Support and inform NHS Professionals Flexible Workers on NHSP processes, including RTW requirements, DBS checking, NHSP systems and recruitment Support the Trust Liaison Coordinators and Client Relations Manager with queries Manage your own time and workload effectively, ensuring demands and objectives are prioritised and delivered Ensure that your communication between NHS Professionals Flexible Workers and NHS Professionals are maintained to a high standard Work closely with other teams across multiple sites to ensure knowledge and changes are communicated and shared Maintain a high level of focus Understand requirements and regulations around sensitive documents and information and adhere to personal, data and sensitive information legislation and, so far as is reasonably practicable, ensure compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act (1998) Manage difficult conversations calmly and professionally Communicate clearly and confidently with a variety of stakeholders Create, build and maintain relationships with designated Client and internal NHS Professionals stakeholders/departments Be passionate about customer satisfaction and lead by example focusing on operational and commercial excellence To understand Risk scales and make decisions to mitigate risk based on the impact to the FW and business in line with all legislation Report any incidents appropriately and follow necessary procedures Attend Meet and Greet sessions at Client sites with FWs and promote the NHSP values during Implementations Complete administrative tasks as required Be flexible and to work within and office or at home as required Be computer literate especially Excel Encourage a culture that improves quality, promotes equality and values diversity Have a Can-Do attitude About The Company NHS Professionals (NHSP) is the market leader in managed flexible worker services.
