Senior Care Assistant Social Care & Education Senior Care Assistant – Coventry Duration: Full time 44 hours/Permanent (Days or Nights Available) Salary: Up to £10.10 per hour SCE Group are recruiting for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our client. You will be responsible for managing, developing and maintaining high standards of care and planning within the home. Duties and Responsibilities: · You will be responsible providing excellent care to the residents. · You will be required to support residents throughout mealtimes. · To plan, manage and develop person centered care process. · You will be required to complete all administrative tasks and audits with medication. · To support colleagues and management in ensuring all protocols are followed and all instructions are adhered to. · You must Maintain and develop relationships with residents, family and visitors.
