Overview

As a high performing business, our client is looking for high performing Customer Care Co-ordinator who will be based in their office in West Kent. You’ll provide the Company’s customers with an efficient, accurate and responsive customer service by receiving customer communications and co-ordinating contractors and internal customer service staff to ensure all issues raised are monitored and satisfactorily resolved, through the 2-year warranty period and beyond in accordance with the commitments to exceptional service. You will manage department diaries and arrange appointments for service calls, raise instructions and defects notices via the customer service database to Contractors, Suppliers and Site Managers and monitor and report the progress of works. You’ll be responsible for ordering materials via the Buying Department or directly with suppliers and log incoming invoices and tie-up with contra-charge notices. Strong communication skills are essential coupled with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on multiple cases at any one time. You’ll be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have experience of working with in-house databases. Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00 Ideally applicants will have worked in a similar role within new homes or for a housing association.
