Overview
Our growing Client who is based in the March area of Cambridgeshire is looking to recruit a Despatch Supervisor to join their busy team. Part of transport, logistics and warehousing team you will be expected to lead a team of 8 people and ensure that all manufactured finished goods are stored safely, efficiently, in plan order and loaded accurately to meet delivery schedules. This is a busy role and you will need to lead with a hands on approach. Key Duties. Ensure that daily despatch schedules are met for the Transport department Ensure that all scheduled works are achieved to the required Quality standard Control Operating and Labour costs Ensure that your Team follow all Health and Safety procedures Manage the Despatch Teams Ensure that all shortages and Supplier issues are dealt with Continuously look for ways to improve Warehousing and loading practices Ensure that all finished goods are stored safely Be responsible for all MHE within the area A full job description is available upon request. if you would like to be considered for this role or would like more information please apply with your CV and one of our trained consultants will be in touch Time Personnel Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for temporary recruitment.
