Overview

Joining the business at a peak period, the successful candidate will work closely with the contracts management to provide them with all aspects of administration support. This role would suit an individual who has excellent attention to detail in addition to excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task. Description The main duties of the role will involve:- Managing the compliance process of the contracts management team Acting as the main point of contact for the Senior Team by handling queries in regards to the projects being completed Arranging and facilitating meeting and travel Updating the CRM system accurately Attending meeting and producing reports Coordinating site visits for internal meetings Programme scheduling to ensure deadlines are meet to an excellent standard Document management- Filing, upkeep of project folders and communication logs Profile The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal having a proven track record of communicating with internal and external staff members in a confident manner. Having the ability to work well under pressure towards tight deadlines is essential in addition to having excellent attention to detail.
