Nursing Home Manager Southport circa £50,000 per annum DMD Recruitment are working on behalf of a prestigious care provider to recruit an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to oversee the management of their large care home in Southport. Purposely built to a high specification, this impressive service provides care and support for up to 79 older people with nursing, residential and dementia care needs. The home opened 2 years ago and achieved a Good CQC rating within its very first inspection. A second inspection is due towards the end of the year and the vision is to strive towards achieving an Outstanding rating To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you must have: A Nursing Qualification and a valid NMC PIN Proven background in care home management, ideally managing a similar size home Marketing experience / Increasing Occupancy levels Excellent leadership and management skills Strong ability to build and establish positive links with external bodies This is a full time, permanent opportunity. A competitive salary circa £50k will be offered to the successful candidate along with additional benefits.
