Overview

Nursing Home Manager - Southport - Up to £43,000 per annum bonus This is a great opportunity for a nurse-qualified home manager to join a small, 30-bedded service in Southport. The successful nursing home manager will manage all aspects of the home's daily operations, ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided, as well improving the CQC rating of the home from Requires Improvement to Good or above. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys identifying areas of improvement and devising ways to implement the necessary changes.
