Nursing Home Manager - Southport £50,000 per annum Full Time / Permanent DMD Recruitment are working in partnership with a prestigious care home provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager for their large nursing home situated in Southport. This impressive service provides long term and short-term care to older people with residential, dementia, rehabilitation and nursing care needs. As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management and success of the nursing home, providing strong leadership and support to the staff team to ensure the home operates efficiently and to a high-quality standard. A Nursing Qualification and a valid NMC PIN is essential along with current experience working as a Registered Manager of a medium / large size nursing home that provides care to older people. Completion of Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable.
