Nursing Home Manager Southport Full Time £43,000 - £45,000 p/a Great Benefits We are looking to recruit a Home Manager for a Nursing Home in Southport. This purpose-built nursing home has up to 40 beds and provides care services to old age, physical disability and sensory impairment. They have a holistic and dedicated approach to care, with a good CQC rating to prove this. They believe attention to detail makes the difference and train their staff as to go the extra mile to deliver person centred care. They are looking for a Home Manager , who is also a Registered Nurse to join them on a full-time basis. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising, supporting and inducting staff members Monitoring standards of care delivered by care staff, ensuring that all residents receive quality person centred care and that care plans are fully maintained The promotion of high standards of nursing care, providing clinical leadership to the staff teams Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
