Overview
Internal Bookkeeper/ Debt Collector £20,000 - £24,000 Benefits Liverpool Must Haves for this position: Data entry and record keeping Bookkeeping using Xero software. A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Bookkeeper / Debt Collector to join a top 10 Accountancy practice. They are a well-established business which also owns three other accountancy companies. The successful applicant will join the group’s welcoming and friendly team, assisting in managing day-to-day accounting. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Entering cash receipts on to CCH • Paying invoices and expenses and entering on to Xero • Reconciling bank accounts • Preparing quarterly VAT returns for three of the practices • Controlling cash collection and chasing late payments and liaising with partners • Liaising with the partners in preparing year-end accounts • Other administrative tasks Key Skills/ Experience. 2 years of bookkeeping using the Xero software. Extensive experience with data entry and record keeping Able to work on your own initiative An accurate, logical and concise approach to their work .
