Overview
Badenoch Clark are working in partnership with a prestigious organisation in Kent to recruit for a HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC. This role will be responsible for strategic HR partnering with the senior leadership team as well as supporting implementation of the UK people strategy. The HR Business Partner must be able to easily understand and champion the relevant global/regional processes and programmes designed to accelerate culture and performance. A solid grasp of UK employment legislation being an essential skill for this role to be able to support any relevant ER processes as necessary, as is prior union relations experience. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Business Partner who is highly capable in being an equal partner to the business with strong influencing, communication, networking and analytical skills to support leaders in engaging and enabling their teams to high performance. Ability to translate HR data to enable the right course of action to be taken to address any issues. A passion and drive for enabling and fast tracking talent to set the business up for success being a key aspect of this role. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Must be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) Exceptional influencing skills and interpersonal sensitivity that will foster effective cross cultural and geographical partnerships Experience of UK employment legislation, HR external best practice, Proven HR experience, preferably within an FMCG environment. Knowledge of UK employment legislation is essential Knowledge of Talent attraction and talent management best practices Sound HRIS analytical skills.
