Overview
Salary: Up To £35,000 DOE Are you a Mortgage Administrator or Case Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Would you like to work for a busy Mortgage Brokerage? My client is looking to expand their team and recruit a Mortgage Case Manager that is currently seeking mortgage admin/support to work with and support our highly successful team. You will provide full mortgage support and be adept at dealing with high volumes of business as the team services an exclusive client portfolio. You will be adept at dealing with external and internal parties so exemplary communication skills are essential. Duties will include: Completing online AIP’s and mortgage applications, collating relevant documentation to upload for underwriting of the case Converting opportunities to live cases on our database Creating and managing your own tasks on the database, sustaining detailed notes Maintaining the adviser’s pipeline, regularly contacting lenders/providers to facilitate case progression Proactively liaising with clients to request documentation and provide progress reports Informing the advisers of any critical requirements relevant to their cases and meeting with the mortgage advisers regularly to facilitate pipeline progression Working with the advisers to ensure that regulated transactions are compliant, i.e. suitability letters, file notes etc. are completed within the designated timeframe Working with and adhering to company and FCA policies and procedures Completing case checklists ensuring files are ready for compliance review submission Reconciling the fees received report with the databases Key Attributes Mortgage Administration experience gained within the independent market, ensuring that you are familiar with multiple lenders mortgage products Excellent English written skills and telephone manner, must have experience in dealing with all types of clients from different backgrounds Must demonstrate technical ability and be confident with Mortgage & Protection terminology Must be able to demonstrate initiative and ability to time manage and prioritise cases through to completion Desire to progress in a professional and growing business To be considered for this position you will currently be working as a Mortgage Case Manager with a first-class track record in mortgage support.
