My client based in Birmingham are internationally and are renowned within their industry. An opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute generalist HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience . Offer professional advice to Line Managers on day to day employee issues including performance management, disciplinaries, probation periods, absences etc Dealing with ER issues from start to finish Expert production of standard letters confirming any changes to employment terms and conditions Liaison with payroll and the entire HR function in regards to any relevant changes to procedure Act as the principle contact in regards to maternity processing including offering advise, issuing letters and dealing with queries Managing recruitment and strategic projects and resource/talent planning Provision of accurate and coherent reports for HR Management Applicants MUST have generalist HR Advsiory and experience of managing a ER caseload from start to finish.
