First Level Support (CAD/CAM Specialist) South East UK Salary- £25,000-£40,000 Reports to the Lab Sales Manager What will you be doing? · Providing support to customers and their staff on the proper use of the CAD CAM/CARES system across the UK and Ireland: · Provide administrative and technical support to Dentists and Dental Technicians via telephone and web-based communication tools · Act as an intermediary between local customers and remote second level support provided by a third-party equipment manufacturer to solve more complex technical problems · Following up with customers on any training related issues that arise over time or as a result of updates to the system software · Have a 'hands on' mentality with the ability to handle demonstrations, train prospects/clients and to execute plans · Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of requirements, current clinical practice and products/technologies in key areas of digital dentistry · Have the capacity to assimilate expert product knowledge and the ability to transfer that knowledge to customers What we are looking for: Education / Professional Experience; • Be either a Dental Nurse, Dental Technician or Dental Hygienist with the relevant qualifications • Enjoy training and is likely to have around three years, or more, clinical experience • Be familiar with computer-based systems and equipment as typically used in the dental practice • Possess a customer-oriented mentality with the ability to train/teach • Be self-motivated Personal/Competencies; · Multi-year dental technician experience with one or more CAD CAM or intraoral scanning systems • Outgoing customer-oriented personality • Experience with computer-based customer relationship software • Be able to command the respect, at peer level, of Dentists as well as Nursing and Technical Staff within the Dental market • Be a strong communicator - a person with relationship building skills • Have strong interpersonal skills and pro-activity to cultivate a network of productive customer relationships • Be mature, self-reliant and self-motivating with high levels of energy and enthusiasm This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89642674
