Overview
Are you looking to kick start your career within financial services and a friendly environment? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who have opened a new office and looking for employees to join their team with a can do attitude and with a care for customer satisfaction. You will be required to work a 35 hour week on shift pattern of 8am-8pm, with 1-3 Saturdays. Benefits? The company offer a great basic salary with great company benefits. They come with a 5 week training course, so you won’t be thrown into the role. You will have a great knowledge on banking and online savings accounts. Skills and responsibilities: Responsible for answering inbound calls and taking ownership in managing the customer’s account. To ensure you always deal with all calls with a positive and friendly approach Responds to customer issues with sympathy and a can do attitude. Able to work independently in a team oriented office. Able to work well with digital tools to provide solutions for customers. Build a rapport with all customers to help resolve service issues.
