Overview
Are you a Quality Manager/ Health & Safety Manager with experience in Metrology and looking for a fresh new challenge? Then I have just the role for you. I am supporting a manufacturing business based in Milton Keynes with the hiring of a Quality Manager to join their ever expanding team. The Role Make sure the company complies with National and European regulations Ensure that Health & Safety is of the highest standard putting in processes, measures and communication in place Update all QMS (Quality Management Systems) Provide training to relevant employees on calibration and H&S Conduct internal audits on all technicians to ensure that they are compliant and up to standards Maintain accident-reporting records and use Riddor when needed Administer all relevant service handbooks and training records The Candidate Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (metrology and calibration) HNC/ HND qualification or equivalent Proven Health and Safety experience Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audits Self-motivated and confident decision maker maintaining Customer Focus at all times Able to travel UK wide to conduct audits/ training Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
