Overview
Solutions Architect | BI Programme Delivery | London Insurance As part of the central data teams, you will be the technical authority Tokio Marine’s BI programme which includes the data warehouse and its data model, framework, ETL patterns and reporting capabilities. You will be working closely with the delivery team to ensure compliance to best practice and provide design decisions where questions are raised by the delivery or business teams. Additionally, you will be required to review pieces of work produced by the Developer teams and work closely with the MI team to ensure the delivered solution continues to meet their needs and data is accurate, reconciled and consistent at all times. Assist the business in identifying issues and providing solutions to ensure diligent execution of the programme. Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar Technical Lead position Agile delivery methods and DevOps methodologies Knowledge of SQL Server T-SQL and SSIS Experience in using SSAS or expert in Excel Expert in the design principles, data models according to Kimball methodology Experience of working in both agile and SDLC development environments. Experience of Team Foundation Server/Version Control Systems. Experience of the insurance industry and key insurance concepts, including London market business highly advantageous Experience with insurance platform data An understanding of Machine Learning is highly beneficial Experience of BI delivery using Azure technologies highly advantageous Start date is flexible according to your notice period.
