Overview
HR Business Partner, 12 month ftc in the heart of Glasgow. You will provide a full generalist service to a part of our clients business. This is an outstanding organisation who is working exclusively with Pertemps HR. Duties will include:- • Provide support on talent management, job evaluation and assist with reward & benefits • Lead and provide guidance on employee relations • Assist with monthly MI information • Support the Senior HR Business Partner with all aspects of organisational change programmes • Assist with the development of the People Strategy What do you need? • Previous experience within an HR generalist environment • CIPD qualified (or working towards) • Stakeholder management experience • Job evaluation – ideal but not essential • IT skills – including Excel So if you have the above experience and would like to find out further information please contact either Linzi Murphy or Evelyn Costello at Pertemps, Glasgow.
