With exciting growth plans this year, they specialise in large mortgages for main or second homes, Investment, Buy-to-let mortgages, Specialist Insurances, Commercial Finance, Private Office, Agricultural Finance, Equity Release, International Mortgages, You will base yourself from our clients prestigious, state of the art HQ in London which boasts a rooftop terrace overlooking London, subsidised Cafeteria, a Gym (Getting you back in shape for 2020) onsite GP & Dentist, A variety of client meeting rooms and much more Responsibilities: Document preparation Make full and accurate notes of all conversations and ensure that they are actioned or passed on to the appropriate colleague without unnecessary delay. Filing/archiving, photocopying and confidential waste disposal Type reports, letters, schedules, forms etc. Ensure all filing both paper and electronic is carried out on a regular basis to maintain an up to date filing system. Requires the ability to quickly understand and how to use the process driven mortgage sales system. Administer and progress mortgage applications by ensuring all the documentation and required information is present and issued quickly and efficiently. The applicant needs to keep on top of leads and applications and chase lenders, valuers, solicitors and other parties involved in the mortgage application process when appropriate. Key Requirements: 2 years experience in a similar mortgage administration role Ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner both face to face and on the telephone Have the necessary skills and qualifications to provide an effective and efficient support service to the department. Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude. Calm under pressure. Good WP skills and an interest in improving ability. Good standard of English grammar, spelling and takes pride in presentation of work. Dedication, loyalty, diligence and efficiency. Punctual with a tidy manner. Well presented, have a clear speaking voice, likes being part of a cohesive team and has a good sense of humour. Experience of process driven sales an advantage. Previous mortgage processing experience is required. Reliable in ensuring task are completed to a high standard.
