Overview
My client is a well respected and very successful Wealth Management Practice with c. 20 RI's. As a company they have a strong bias towards pension and investment business and require a mortgage specialist to provide mortgage advice to their existing and new client enquiries. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will provide whole of market mortgage advice. You will have access to the entire company client bank and be the only Mortgage Specialist within the business. Although you would be a mortgage adviser there is the potential to develop your skill set to become a Wealth Consultant. You will be CeMAP qualified with excellent communication skills enabling you to maximise internal and external relationships. If you have the desire to become a Wealth Manager you will need to be DipFS or equivalent or the desire with support to achieve level 4 qualification. You will currently be working as a mortgage adviser and it is expected that you will have a loyal client following, however, have the time in your diary to support my client in providing a comprehensive mortgage proposition to their clients. You will be provided with comprehensive support in all areas - back office and personal / professional development. This is a full time position and the package is negotiable, with additional rewards for self-generation.
