Senior Staff Nurse ( RMN / RNLD ) Learning Disabilities Award winning Learning Disabilities Residential Home Location: Bishop Auckland, County Durham Salary: up to £ 15.08 per hour £31,366 p/a Hours: Full Time, Part Time, Days only, Nights only or mixed shifts all considered shifts are 0800 - 2000 or 2000 - 0800 please state your preference when applying Further Details : An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RMN or RNLD to join an award winning specialist residential service with nursing for adults living with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. Based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, The home supports individuals who have complex behaviours, as well as those who have significant difficulties with social engagement. The service is an impressive period property situated in the bustling market town of Bishop Auckland, surrounded by beautiful County Durham countryside. They provide a structured, positive, empathic and low-arousal environment with good links to family and outside agencies, There is also a life skills kitchen where people are supported to make their own drinks and prepare food for visitors and themselves. Within the grounds there is an allotment, which is looked after by the people who use the service. Other outdoor activities are available and there is a large lawn with patio and seating areas for people and their visitors to enjoy and is rated as good in all areas of their recent CQC inspection Shifts : The Service can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider fixed shift patterns and they can consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only. Their shift pattern is 0800 - 2000 or 2000 - 0800.
