Overview

A dynamic and progressive specialist lender (headquartered in London) is looking to expand their Development Finance team with the addition of a Relationship Manager / BDM. Predominantly working from home, this is a field based position in which you will be responsible developing client relationships directly or via brokers. The RM will look after requests for funding, working through the process with the Client and the Case Managers and reporting to the Development Director. Geographical coverage - our client is happy to consider candidates with a network of business introducers in the North West, Midlands, North East, South West and West. Duties include; Property lending business development, generating new business and maintaining established portfolio - building new and existing relationships with Clients, Intermediaries, Brokers etc. Negotiating and structuring of lending proposals, preparing and issuing the necessary documentation. Work closely with the Director to implement an effective strategic business and promotional plan for the Company’s products. Represent the company in a highly professional manner at all times including external events such as award evenings, trade shows and social broker engagement The successful candidate will have an experience working in a front-line Development Finance position with demonstrable experience winning and cultivating new business opportunities (candidates with additional Bridging Finance experience are preferred).
