Overview

A multinational FinTech services corporation is seeking a Vice President to join their Franchise Customer Performance & Engagement Team where you'll ensure all Rules and Standards across various disciplines including fraud, compliance, transaction processing and risk. You will manage a team of franchise professionals who are geographically distributed throughout EMEA and report to the SVP, Franchise Europe and the SVP, Customer Engagement & Performance manager. This role requires you to manages all aspect of customer Franchise engagement in the EMEA region, addressing the region's geographic distribution and diverse cultures, with focus on promoting best practice to improve company brand and reputation. You will be responsible for the Customer engagement model beyond fraud and risk whilst managing a team of franchise professionals who are geographically distributed throughout the region to provide direct stakeholder engagement and performance management. The focus will be on defining the strategy, ensuring excellence in the execution as well as engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
